I am one of the biggest collectors of Arabia (from1873 to 1999) in the world
To finance my (expensive) hobby I sell Arabia items on Ebay
(those that I have extra in my collection)
I also have a lot of written information, but a very large quantity of this was stolen some time ago (burglar). Luckily the items that are expensive and irreplaceable were stored at another address.
I have written this catalogue for 3 reasons:
Reason 1
There is a lot of written information that is not correct or is misleading, so I hope to correct this. Also ‘visitors’ can see what they have and get additional background information about their porcelain. This will save me a lot of mail (I get about 200 questions per week about Arabia and its background or what other items are in the line.
Reason 2
In particular, there is a lot of misunderstanding about sizes and names of many items. This website will help to clarify misunderstandings.
Reason 3
I hope to get my database in good order and to expand my business (for example with paid-for copies of my documentation database).
