Arabia items catalogue last update June 2009
Because I get almost no help with data, pictures and finance, and it cost me until now more than 3.000 hours and a lot of money, I have decided to restrict with a password or close this website per Sept 01 2009.
The most sad fact is that 60% of my visitors is from Finland, and from that country I get absolute no support. Iittala even tried to stop the website (maybe something to hide???)
A shame because when I got help this website would be contain within the coming 2 years all items (192.000) that Arabia produced between 1874 and 1999.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE
I get about 1.000 unique visitor per day. For example in February 2009 I had 29.894 unique vistors and if somebody logit in twice she/he was counted as one.
Because this website cost me a lot of money every year and a lot of time. I will change the use of this free website from june 2009 to a paid website. This means you can have a subsription in front on the use of this website.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE
This website will contain (when finished) a complete catalogue of Arabia Porcelain. This means all items that carry an Iittala mark will not be described. I try to describe all the Arabia from Finland that have an Arabia mark or is made in the Arabia factories.
This website is totally from my personal archive. There is no connection to Arabia or Iittala.
This is a non commercial website, made just for information about Arabia Finland porcelain, it is not a webshop and you CANNOT buy here Arabia porcelain.
This website is entirely constructed on my own initiative and has no financial sponsoring so I can be impartial and independent.

Personal stories, written by users of this website. These are stories about their Arabia porcelain such as “How I collect my Arabia”, or “Memories of a good marriage”, or perhaps “ A funny story about an Arabia item” and so on.
Because the construction of this website entails a lot of personal work (Arabia made more than 190.000 (yes, one hundred and ninety thousand!) items in the period 1873 until 1999), I ask for your cooperation. If you see an error in the data, or there is a spelling mistake or perhaps there is an item in a product line I do not have listed, please mail me so that I can make the correction in the text. If the correction is for an item or a product line, please enclose if possible some pictures, so that I can understand which item or product line you mean. I ask you to enclose some measurements of that item please.
Also, true stories are welcome (see section 4 above) so I can place them on the website in your own words (English language only please). (The writer will remain anonymous but your country of origin will be mentioned)
I do not yet have all the descriptions already on my website yet but, with your help, I can begin to make it as complete as possible.
